Senior Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee various financial functions, including government remittances, payroll, vendor payments, and accounts. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, journal entries, budgets, and assisting with year-end reporting. The role involves error identification, process improvement suggestions, and supervision of accounting records, along with coaching subordinate staff.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
-Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
-Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a BPO or shared-service environment.
-Proficiency in financial accounting, cost accounting, and corporate finance.
-Strong reporting skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
-Experience with general ledger functions, month-end/year-end close processes, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and preparation of consolidated reports.
-Hybrid work setup.
