Job Description

A NetSuite Technical Consultant plays a crucial role in delivering technical expertise and support throughout the lifecycle of NetSuite ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software implementations. The primary responsibilities include customization, ongoing maintenance, and ensuring the optimal use of NetSuite solutions for clients. This role involves close collaboration with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite configurations.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, providing recommendations for configuring and customizing NetSuite to meet their specific needs.

• Design, develop, and implement NetSuite solutions, encompassing workflows, scripts, customizations, and integrations with other systems.

• Conduct system configurations, data migrations, and testing to ensure the successful deployment of NetSuite modules.

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to NetSuite, including resolving system errors, data discrepancies, and performance problems.

• Work closely with functional consultants and project managers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of solutions.

• Develop and deliver technical training and documentation to end-users, empowering them to effectively use NetSuite and leverage its features.

• Stay updated with the latest NetSuite releases, features, and enhancements, offering recommendations on adopting new functionalities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts, to deliver integrated solutions.

• Participate in pre-sales activities, conducting product demonstrations, analyzing requirements, and contributing to proposal development to support business development efforts.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong technical expertise in NetSuite ERP, including experience with SuiteScript (JavaScript), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteCloud customization tools.

• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Knowledge of ERP systems and business processes, particularly in finance, accounting, and supply chain management.

• Experience with data migration and integration tools, such as SuiteTalk, REST/SOAP APIs, CSV imports, and ODBC connections.

• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring highquality deliverables and meeting deadlines.

• NetSuite certifications, such as SuiteFoundation, Administrator, and Developer, are highly desirable
