Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture customer relationships at the enterprise level. Ensure their success and satisfaction.
You lead meetings. You also have regular reviews with customers. These are to assess their needs and address any concerns.
Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer engagement and retention.
Needed Qualifications
You need at least two years of enterprise-level experience. It should be in customer success, consulting, or account management. It must be verifiable for a SaaS company.
I have experience leading meetings and regular cadences. These include quarterly and annual customer success reviews with customers.
Background in Sales and Managing customers.
