Job Description

Implement Global Learning Portfolio.
HRSS Learning Partners support Capability Managers, Learning Solutions, Learning Success and Employee Experience Teams to operationalize, delivery and ensure learning is brought to life, ensuring success.
Uses the consulting and project management capability using relevant data to implement and deliver the strategic solutions created by the Learning & Skills Team.
The Learning Partner team will provide advice, guidance, and support to Tier 1, providing knowledge and education to help support faster resolution and work on continuous service improvement.
Advice, Guidance, and recommendation will be provided to the Learning & Skills team to ensure that new learning initiatives are successful.
Service Reviews will be managed by the HRSS Learning Partner’s to ensure that projects and services are meeting SLA’s/KPI’s and ensuring that we continually improve our service.
Supports 2nd Line support requests as required.
Supports learning specialists with consultation, testing and other requirements to deliver a brilliant learning service.
Salary:
80.000,00 ₱ Monthly
