Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- QA and triple-check all APE, PEME & RDT results before sending them to the client
- Work with the laboratory, imaging department, and Doctors to ensure that all results are complete
- If needed, print and collate all APE & RDT results and do triple-checking for completeness and quality
- office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Sending of payroll computations/payslips to concerned employees
- Timely processing of Netsuite and processing payroll attendance of on-call nurses, doctors, radtechs, medtechs, phlebotomists, encoders and swabbers.
- Monitoring the Onsite Testing, ACU, Vaccination, and Home Service Cash Advances and replenishment
- Maintain and monitor Testing Schedules.
- Preparing the contracts of the nurses and doctors. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Any other tasks as assigned
Background and Qualifications
- Has a minimum of 2 years in any Allied Medical College
- Has good communication skills and is fluent in English
- Works well with computers, automated programs and software
