Job Description
• Planning and conducting research to develop new food products
• Improving existing food products through innovation and experimentation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and safety
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements
• Conducting market research to identify consumer preferences and trends
• Developing and testing new recipes and formulations
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and food safety standards
• Managing project timelines and budget effectively
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Scientist, Food Microbiology or related course
• At least 3 years work experience in the food industry
• Strong background in product development, recipe costing and manual product creation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in food science, nutrition and food processing.
• Experience in research and development processes is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards
• Willing to be assigned in MASAGANA PANDI BULACAN
