Job Description

Job Summary: Responsible in the various analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, finished goods as well as the monitoring of
process parameters.

Principal Duties:
1. Conducts monitoring and counterchecking of production parameters, ensuring that standard parameters are met
2. Conduct physico-chemical analysis of raw materials, process materials and finished products
3. Conduct lab scale trials for raw seaweed deliveries
4. Update and encode laboratory results in designated test report sheets and electronic file
5. Monitors inventory of stock solution
6. Ensure calibration checks are performed for all equipment

Competencies Required:
Skills 1. Computer literate

Knowledge 1. Knowledgeable in QA/QC activities in a food manufacturing set-up
2. Adherence, application of knowledge and awareness to GMP, Quality Policy and Food Safety Standards
3. Can follow analytical work instructions and procedures

Behavior 1. Can work with minimum supervision
