We are currently seeking a skilled and analytical professional to join our team as a Customer Support Business Analyst. In this role, you will play a crucial part in gathering and analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our customer support operations. Your work will contribute directly to informed decision-making and process improvements within our organization.

The main responsibilities of a Business Analyst include:

Proven experience as a business analyst, preferably in a customer support or related domain.

Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Looker, Tableau or other data analytics platforms.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable insights.

Ability to conduct thorough requirements analysis and document detailed functional specifications.

Familiarity with customer support processes, KPIs, and industry best practices.

Experience in utilizing business intelligence tools for reporting and visualization.

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements:

Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
2x2 & Half body picture with white background
Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).
Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team)
