Job Description

Sharepoint Administration
Administering the Sharepoint platform and providing training/workshops for Sharepoint users.
Configuration of Sharepoint site based on business requirements and compliance standards
Managing and resolving support issue types
Acting as the first point of contact for all Sharepoint escalations.
Managing software upgrades and communication with procurement team for maintenance planning

Best Practice
Creating and designing project sites and ensuring all standards and best practices documentation are recorded, communicated and fully supported.
Rolling out best practice across the user community
Sending communications to users, notifying them of any issues or software upgrades required

Business Engagement
Creation of proper governance process in setting up Sharepoint sites.
Supporting business teams and functional leads with project management standards, templates, reporting, and processes.
Working with the business operations to determine the best solution and standards to ensure compliance with records management.
Communicating with business teams to ensure updates in Sharepoint are captured.
Providing training sessions for new joiners

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar.
At least 3 years' experience as a SharePoint administrator.
Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as SQL Server, Power BI, PowerShell, and Office 365.
Technical and administrator knowledge of Sharepoint online
Proficient MS Office360 and knowledge on other collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence
Knowledge of SharePoint tools, including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks.
Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
