Technical Head - Civil Engineer

- Must be a college graduate of Civil Engineer
- At least 5 years of experience in related field
- Preferably License Civil Engr.
- Delegate tasks and achieve the daily, weekly, and monthly task goals.
- Determine all the project requirements while significantly developing work schedules for the team.
- Identify potential risks and forming contingency plans as fast as possible.
- Efficiently liaise with the team members, clients, and also the management. This is to ensure that the projects are completed by maintaining a -significant standard.
- Keep up with the latest industry trends and developments.
- Significantly analyze all the existing operations and scheduling the existing training sessions. Also, organize and hold meetings to discuss - scopes of improvements.
- Motivate all staff members and essentially creating a space that acts like an inquiry zone. Here the staff members can ask concerning questions and also voice their concerns.
- Update work schedules and performing troubleshooting as and when required.
- Write progress reports efficiently and delivering presentations to all the relevant stakeholders.
- Be transparent with the entire team regarding challenges, failures, and successes as well.
