Job Description

• Managing the progress of the construction projects (in terms of the labor and materials)
• Overseeing building works, set-up of work sites and facilities
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
• Supervising contracted staff in collaboration with the Site Foreman
• Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets and required timelines
• Preparing site accomplishment reports (for monitoring and billing purposes) and filling in relevant paperwork required by the general contractors
• Attending Technical, Management and Safety meetings
Qualifications:

Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer or Architecture
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply and willing to be trained.
Background in the facade (glass and aluminum) industry and project management is an advantage
