Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
A Sales Coordinator manages sales and purchase order information, files important documents and communicates relevant sales information, such as responding to purchase order status inquiries from Sales Executives and/or customers and give after-sales support when requested.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintain project documentation such as customer information, customer documents, purchase orders, sales reports and special instructions
2. Receive and check Purchase Order information (date received, delivery address, payment term, quantity/volume, product, SKU, prices, special requests, etc.)
3. Input every sales purchases on the online data system (QBE)
4. Get Purchase Order updates and approvals from the Credit Committee
5. Update status of Purchase Orders (approved or not) on shared google sheet
6. Daily scanning of Delivery Reports (DR)/Sales Invoice (SI), save per DR or SI number to file
7. Checking of Delivery Reports/Sales Invoice to the online data system (QBE)
8. Monitoring progress of every Purchase Orders and provide updates to Sales Executives
9. Monitor and record actual delivery date of all Purchase Orders
10. Create Daily Report - PO Per Agent vs Quota
11. Create Daily Report - PO Received vs Target
12. Create Daily Report - PO Received vs Delivered
13. Create Daily Report - PO Received vs online data system (QBE)
14. Provide documents requested by Sales Executives for sales-related purposes
15. Others tasks that may be assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. At least 1 year experience in date and information administering
3. Can establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
4. Able to complete projects in a timely manner as specified in the production plan
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing everyday tasks
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
7. Knowledge in administering online data system such as CMS, CRM, ERP, etc.
Salary:
22.000,00 ₱ Monthly
