Eccommerce Specialist

Job Description:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to generate eCommerce sales, including identifying target audiences, conducting market research, and creating compelling campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze website performance and customer data using tools such as Google Analytics, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Create and optimize product listings, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and keyword optimization to enhance discoverability and conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Utilize customer service software to maintain customer accounts and provide personalized assistance and support.
- Increased eCommerce sales through improved product listings, website performance, and customer experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in eCommerce or a related field, demonstrating a track record of success in driving online sales.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Google Analytics, and other eCommerce tools to analyze data and inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
