Your Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via voice and chat with professionalism and empathy.

Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues.

Needed Qualifications:
Must have at least 6 Months of BPO Voice & Chat International Experience
Must be amenable to working from site
Must be amenable to work at our UP Town Center Site
