Your Key Responsibilities
Assist customers through email and chat platforms, ensuring top-notch service delivery.

Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality service standards.

Needed Qualifications
with at least six months of non-voice BPO experience.
Must be amenable to work from our UP Town Center site and live.
Can start ASAP and possesses above-average communication skills.
