Job Description

Summary of Position:

Oversee all facets of HR including Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Learning & Development

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

> Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
> Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and management.
> Introducing a new benefit package and programs for the employees.
> Oversee performance management processes (Performance Evaluation)
> Recommending approval of employee hiring, transfer, promotion and termination.
> Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions and managing the hiring process.
> Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
> Provide training, counseling, and coaching to the employees and other development programs.
> Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

Qualifications:

> Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource or related course.
> 3-5 years proven experience as HR officer, Administrator or HR Supervisor Knowledge of HR functions (Employee relations, pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.).
> Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
> Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
> Can Start ASAP!
Salary:
25.000,00 ₱ Monthly
