Delivery Services Manager

SOSA JB Property Management Corp is looking for ENGINEERING SERVICES MANAGER. You will operate in project management and you must have a construction management skills. You must be excellent in technical, business writing skills, business verbal communication skills and documentation skills. The ideal candidate will also have a steady hand and great attention to detail.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Engineering Project Management - overseeing engineering projects from initiation to completion. This includes defining project objectives, developing project plans, allocating resources, and monitoring project progress. Ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Engineering Team Management - managing a team of engineers and technical staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. Provides guidance, assigns tasks, and promotes a collaborative and productive work environment. Foster professional development opportunities for the team members.
Engineering Design and Analysis - providing technical expertise in engineering design and analysis. This involves reviewing and approving engineering designs, conducting feasibility studies, performing calculations and simulations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Engineering Standards and Processes - establishing and maintaining engineering standards, processes, and best practices within the organization. Ensures that engineering activities adhere to applicable codes, regulations, and quality assurance procedures. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Project Coordination and Collaboration - collaborating with other departments, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure effective coordination of engineering activities. Working closely with project managers, project engineers, contractors, subcontractors, project teams, procurement teams, and vendors to address engineering-related issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electronic and Electrical Engineering with PRC License. PME, PEE and PECE license is advantage.
Five (5) years experience in the field of construction project, demolition project and wide range of project management whether on horizontal/vertical building construction with value added knowledge on Plumbing system, Aircon system, Mechanical system, FDAS system, and Electronics system.
Proficient computer skills including the use of MS Office, Power Point Topic, Excel, Internet and digital media platforms.
Basic AutoCAD, 2D, and 3D apps.
Project Management, Safety Management, and Construction and Demolition Management.
