Job Description

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction/Project industry.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills with the ability to perform complex calculations.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in estimating costs.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and interact with clients.
Proficiency in estimating software, Plan swift, AutoCAD etc.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
