Quality Inspector

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Document and report test and inspection results to Head of QAQC for quality related issues.
• Inspect incoming aircraft and parts, or components for defects and any deviations from specifications.
• Responsible for counterfeit or suspected unapproved parts inspection and reporting during incoming and maintenance/production inspections.
• Perform inspection of aircraft, component and or parts during modifications, installation or overhaul to determine airworthiness, safety or conformance to the approved data, Company standards and requirements.
• Implement the periodic program audit of the whole cycle from inspection and acceptances of parts, handling of non-conformity reports/documentation, issuance of Certificate of non-conformity and Certificate of Conformity.
• To ensure that items Received and Delivered have passed the quality standards and requirements.
• Monitoring that all equipment (i.e. office, building, shop and aircraft) of the Company are maintained properly by respective group/areas of work/responsibility.
• Inspection of incoming Calibrated PME’s to ensure it is within AIPI acceptable accuracy and with complete certifications.
• Perform on-site inspection for out-of station works/projects and audit of supplier/subcontractor.
• Control of documented information such as Work Sheets and Inspection reports
• Control/Maintain technical publications such as but not limited to AMM, SRM,SB,SIL, AD’s and Customers requirements.

Qualifications:
• BS Aeronautical Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance Technology graduate.
• Must be a holder of a valid CAAP license, Airframe and Powerplant rating.
• Knowledgeable in airworthiness standards, procedures, specifications, and civil aviation regulations and other governing bodies related to aircraft production and maintenance.
• With certificate of training in Quality Control inspection of aircraft parts/items.
• Preferably with aircraft type rating/working experience on SF260, M/FH/TP, S211 Jet Trainer, W-3A Sokol helicopter and CESSNA 172/174
• With 20/20 vision and not color blind
Skills:
• Competent in decision-making, problem solving, program planning, and implementation skills.
• Accurate in reading and interpreting details and technical drawings and blueprints.
• Able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Competent in using Microsoft Office products, email systems, and Windows software.
