Job Description
Shift: Day shift
Set-up: Hybrid (3-4 days onsite per month)
Location: MOA, Pasay
Job Description
• Sets the team’s direction in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Maintains and periodically reviews and reports team’s performance metrics
• Keeps track of the group’s individual and overall utilization and ensures that workloads are evenly distributed among team members
• Ensures BCP is in place
• Reviews and monitors the complete documentation of team’s processes
• Conducts regular 1:1 coaching with Corporate Finance Leads and skip level discussions with Finance Specialists and Associates
Qualifications
• In-depth understanding of corporate and general accounting principles
• Excellent English, oral and written, communication skills
• Ability to manage, motivate, and develop a dynamic team composed of Associates, Specialists, and Leads
• Must be highly organized, with excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize activities effectively
• Must be proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and a team player with high initiative and knows how to work with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and metrics
• Ability to use intermediate to advanced Excel functionalities (e.g. pivot, concatenate, Vlook-up, basic macro)
Education and Experience
• Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy
• Certified Public Accountant preferred but not required
• 5 years of relevant work experience leading a team and in corporate or general accounting function
• Must be able to work on a hybrid arrangement in our Pasay Office
