Job Description

TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently hiring call center agents who are fluent in English for immediate positions in Taguig. We have openings for various accounts, each with specific requirements. After this interview, applicants must be willing to complete a one-day hiring process.

For Account 1, with vacancies in the weeks within March and April 2024, candidates should have at least 18 months or 36 months of BPO experience, respectively, and have completed the 1st year of college. Excellent communication skills are also necessary.

Account 2 requires candidates to have at least 36 months of Service Desk Experience and have completed the first year of college (Solid Service Desk). The start date for this account is 3/25/24.

Applicants must be willing to work and apply on-site in BGC, Taguig after the over-the-phone interview.

As a call center agent, your responsibilities will include professionally and promptly handling incoming customer calls, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction, handling complaints with empathy and patience, documenting interactions and details, following company guidelines and protocols, escalating complex issues, meeting performance targets, staying updated on product knowledge and policies, and participating in training and coaching for personal improvement.
