Marketing Associate

Role Description:
We are looking for a full-time Marketing Associate to join our team at CNT Marketing located in Mandaluyong. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and print collateral
- Create and manage advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing materials that align with business objectives
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the success of campaigns and recommend improvements
- Manage the company's social media accounts, including creating and publishing content and responding to comments and messages
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and make recommendations to improve the company's marketing efforts

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
