Job Description

Work on site/Dayshift

Seeking a detail-oriented Accounting/Administrative Assistant to support financial operations, including bookkeeping, data entry, and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency within the organization.

-Administrative Assistant: 2 years (Required)
-College degree in Accounting or related field
-Proficient with QuickBooks/MYOB similar softwarea and Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Macros, V-look up and/or Pivot Proficient in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office applications
-Basic mathematical skills and basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles
-Experience in handling Business Permit Renewal and other registrations
-Knowledge in PEZA compliance is a plus and proficient in Excel spreadsheets
-Experienced and knowledgeable with coordinating with gov't agencies (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR, etc)
-Knowledge in Payroll
-Knowledge of Accounting Software is a plus
Salary:
25.000,00 ₱ Monthly
