◖Assist clients with necessary documentation and contracts.

Market Research:

◖Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on property values and rental rates.

Lead Generation:
◖Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, and online channels.
◖Follow up on leads to convert them into potential clients.

Negotiation:
◖Negotiate terms and conditions with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to achieve favorable outcomes.

Client Relationship Management:

Qualifications:
