We are currently seeking a talented and skilled professional to join our team as an Accounting Assistant. This direct-hire job is located in Bacoor City, Cavite.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible on end to end AP to Disbursement Process using SAPB1 system (PO or non-PO)
- Processing payment request forms, Reimbursement, Liquidation and Advances, which includes checking and verification of supporting documents
- Checking or matching procurement purchase order, vendor invoices, and warehouse receiving reports
- Processing of check vouchers and preparing manual checks or wire transfers/ online bank transfer
- Assisting vendor inquiries about payment reconciliations due to discrepancies
- Assisting in the resolution of issues related to invoice/payment processing and check-releasing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any business-related course.
- Experience via SAPB1 or any accounting system under AP is an advantage
- Well-versed in general accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Good to excellent written and communication skills
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Knowledgeable on Bank procedure and Philippine Taxation
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Willing to work in Bacoor City, Cavite
- Willing to start immediately
