Job Description
Design and communicate total reward policies, programs, and initiatives aligned with long-term HR strategy and business goals. Develop and apply global guidelines, frameworks, and methodologies for MI and Planning, Equity, Pensions, or retirement programs. Manage operational transactions as per agreed norms.
Must Have
Bachelor Degree - Preferred Math background (graduate of any engineering, math, stat, etc)
• 4 years of experience in TR experience specifically on planning and strategy
• 3 years analytics experience (analyzing, insights and recommendation)
• Advanced excel knowledge and experience (pivot and vlookup)
• Good collaboration skills
• Good presentation skills
• Good communication skills
