Job Description
Qualification:
- Preferably with own motorcycle
- Tech-Vocational in a relevant field (such as Electronics, project design, or a related field)
- Experience in a technical support role, preferably in an after-sales capacity Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Job Description:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products
- Perform repairs and replacements of defective parts
- Provide guidance and assistance to customers in resolving technical issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
- Provide feedback to the management team on product performance and customer feedback
- Participate in the development of technical support materials such as user manuals, training materials, and troubleshooting guides
