Job Description
Location: Mandaluyong City
Responsibilities:
Lead and negotiate complex client transactions to optimize legal and business outcomes
Mentor and support junior CLPs
Stay updated on industry developments and integrate into company practices
Advise company executives on legal and risk management matters
Develop expertise in relevant legal areas
Contribute to internal guidelines and knowledge capital
Support Legal Group initiatives
Embrace and advance in seven contracting attributes
Requirements:
Law Degree and licensed to practice law in PH
Minimum 4 years of transactional experience in relevant industries
Experience in negotiating Intellectual Property and Data Privacy issues preferred
Note: Experience in digital, consulting, systems integration, and/or outsourcing areas is valued.
