Job Description
Monitor site metrics, reply to reader feedback, and supervise creative design.
Build and implement a social strategy based on competitive analysis, platform selection, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
Create, edit, publish, and distribute daily material (original writing, photos, video, or HTML) that strengthens relationships and motivates community members to take action.
Create and optimize company pages on each network to improve the exposure of the company's social content.
Moderate all user-generated content in accordance with each community's moderation policy.
Make editorial calendars and syndication plans.
Continuously improve by collecting and analyzing relevant data.
Collaborate with other departments (Client Happiness, Business Development/Sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
Attending other tasks may be assigned from time to time.
