Job Description
1. Check clients’ statement of accounts
2. Prepares monthly reconciliations of accounts receivable and various revenue analysis reports
3. Perform other Billing duties on a daily basis including, but not limited to, address changes, monetary adjustments, new account set-up, dispute research and resolution, fraud research, receivable collection on accounts and quality review
4. Knowledge of all third-party payer billing rules and regulations
5. Communicate with Settlement Officer regarding billing concerns
6. Ensure timeliness and quality of billing of a pre-defined customer portfolio
7. Perform validation activities at all steps of the billing cycle
8. Act as single point of contact and manage billing queries by taking proactive ownership of issues (assign priority, owner, timescales) and drive resolution
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or related field is preferred
2. A background demonstrating the ability to work independently part of a team
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability is necessary
At least one (1) year experience performing in a related field
5. Proficiency in using accounting and finance software/s is an advantage
6. Strong interpersonal, solid communication skills, both written and verbal and presentation skills.
7. Willing to work in the Office (Makati)
8. Can start ASAP
