As we continue to grow, we are looking for more Inside Sales Representatives to be part of our high-caliber team!
Job Title: Product Consultant
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Should establish a relationship with the client and market the company’s products and services in a way that is professional and positive
•Must be energetic, accommodating, and well-spoken and have an eagerness to close sales and increases revenue
•Source new opportunities through inbound inquiries by doing cross-selling of products and services
•Ensure proper attention in every customer inquiries
•Ensure that qualified opportunities are being transferred and attended by the appropriate product consultants for further development and closure
•Proper scoping and understanding of customer needs/ requirements
•Perform effective remote/online demos to clients, if necessary.
•Amenable to work on-site.
•Knowledge in different accounting and IT software is an advantage.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
•Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, IT or any related field.
•FRESH GRADUATES ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED!
•Knowledgeable in IT products is an advantage.
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
•Strong listening and presentation skills.
•Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
•Sales experiences is a PLUS.
