Job Description
Provide Front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally.
Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner.
Collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items.
Assist in walk in sales.
Qualifications:
Degree Holder or College level
Possess good understanding and knowledge of document control and management.
Professionals who are mature and pay attention to detail are preferred
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Possess a good professional image, excellent phone mannerism, and enthusiasm in customer service.
