Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for prospecting, engaging with clients, delivering sales presentations, negotiating terms, and providing excellent customer service. You will also stay informed about industry trends and market demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and target potential clients through various channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and generate regular reports.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Thorough understanding of the products or services offered.
Adaptability to changing market conditions.
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
