Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their business objectives, pain points, and service requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop comprehensive solutions that address client needs effectively.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that highlight the benefits of our managed services
offering.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships and driving revenue growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Having an ITIL background and/or certification is a plus
- Proven experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting roles within the IT industry.
- Deep understanding of Call Center technologies, processes, and best practices.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-oriented solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in English both written and verbal
- Excellent presentation skills
