Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and generate sales leads through various channels, including networking events, online research, cold calling, and industry referrals
- Qualify leads by conducting thorough needs assessments and understanding the prospect's pain points and challenges.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the business solutions’ capabilities and value proposition to address clients' specific needs
- Collaborate with the functional and technical team to design and propose tailored solutions that align with clients' business objectives
- Prepare detailed proposals, scope documents, and quotes based on the recommended solutions
- Build and nurture strong business relationships with potential and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication to understand clients' evolving needs and requirements
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely progression of leads through the sales process
- Prepare and submit detailed weekly sales reports to management, providing insights into lead generation activities, client engagements, and progress in the sales pipeline
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new market opportunities and stay ahead in the market

Qualifications and Requirements:
- With a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT, Accounting, or other related field
- Has experience in sales consulting, pre-sales, or solution consulting, preferably in the software or technology industry
- Experience with business processes in areas such as finance, accounting, distribution, manufacturing, real estate, agriculture, retail, or project management is highly desirable
- Familiarity with using or experience in selling ERP/ CRM software is advantageous, but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong skills in generating and qualifying sales leads through various channels
- Proficient in negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborative attitude to work effectively with cross-functional teams and support the overall sales and business development objectives
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and professional development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to comprehend client requirements and propose appropriate solutions
- Willingness to travel as needed to customer sites for meetings, presentations, and other business-related activities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, On-site/ Hybrid

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
