Job Description

​Sourcing and Procurement Process Manager
Preferred Work onsite / Taguig City

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client business, priorities, and leadership agenda.
Co-create and drive innovation agenda for clients, establishing trust as a C-suite advisor.
Lead sourcing and procurement transformation projects, including strategic cost reduction and intelligent procurement using tools like Ariba, Coupa, IVALUA, Zycus, and Jaggaer.
Coach team members on process assessments, technology evaluations, business case creation, and roadmap implementation.
Drive sales, revenue, and profitability for the practice through deal origination and innovative solutions.
Align teams for successful transformation and innovation, contributing to cutting-edge market perspectives and asset development.

Qualifications: ​

Minimum 8+ years for Manager and 13+ years for Senior Manager in top-tier consulting or Sourcing and Procurement functions in various industries.
Demonstrated experience in large-scale sourcing and procurement projects, including strategic cost reduction, optimization, transformation, and mergers & acquisitions.
Expertise in business process design for source-to-pay technology solutions (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, IVALUA).
Business case and roadmap development experience for source-to-pay deployments.
Minimum of 2 projects as a Functional process consultant using Company Methodology.
Domain knowledge in Supply Chain Management, specifically in Sourcing and Procurement, Planning, Inventory, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and logistics processes.
Experience in driving Data, Cutover, and Hypercare Activities for source-to-pay transformation programs.
