Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Account Coordinator. The Account Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting our client to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, manage staff, and contribute to the overall success of our client.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the client through regular communication and exceptional service
- Coordinate and track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure timely completion
- Assist in the development and implementation of client strategies and campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, HR, management, and other assigned team to coordinate with
- Prepare and present reports on account status, project progress, and performance metrics
- Provide administrative support, including drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing client files
- Assist with invoicing, timekeeping, billing, and other financial tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any course
- Previous experience in account management, customer service, HR or related role preferred
-With Human Resources experience is a plus, may also function also in recruitment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application
- Ability to work independently and can handle fast pacing environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in Food Manufacturing Industry is a plus
- Willing to do Field Work
