Senior Presentation Designer

JOB SUMMARY

Senior Presentation Designers at SlideGenius are responsible for producing exciting and innovative presentations for our clients. They have polished design instincts as well as advanced problem-solving competency. When it comes to designing presentations, they have hands-on experience. That experience allows them to mentor other designers and act as a guide for best practices. They are apart of the design process from start to finish, working on the concept of the design as well as its overall production. Some projects require working independently while others involve working within a team. Execution of projects is done under the supervision and guidance of an Art Director, whom Senior Presentation Designers also report to.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Adhere to SlideGenius standards when designing presentations.
Follow Art Director instruction for executing project assignments.
Adhere to brand compliance standards set by either the client or SlideGenius.
Complete projects on time and within budget.
Assist in mentoring and guiding other designers.
Update internal time and project management software accurately.
Collaborate with team members.
Meet KPI goals.
This is a night-shift that will work with our US colleagues. Applicants must be comfortable with a schedule working from 10PM - 7AM PHT.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Illustrator and Photoshop).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint).
Able to maintain best practices and proper operational procedures (Jira, Tempo, Slack, SharePoint, Confluence, etc.)
Exceptional understanding of basic design principles.
Experience producing a variety of collateral for various audiences and industries.
Experience working within set brand guidelines.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Well-organized and able to prioritize between multiple different tasks.
Experience in effectively managing projects for self and/or team members.
Ability to work both independently as well as with a team.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be committed to professional development and teambuilding.
Must be enthusiastic and innovative with a positive attitude.
Experience in a leadership role and/or leading a team, a plus!
Professional and positive approach.

Experience within an agency environment is strongly desired.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, related to Graphic Design.
3-5 years graphic design experience.
Minimum of 2 years experience designing presentations in PowerPoint.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to speak on the phone and/or in person.
Must be able to fully work onsite.
