Job Description
Location: Taguig City
You will support CFOs and finance organizations to craft and implement strategies anchored on digital disruption, new age operating models and best-in-class practices, to drive market differentiation.
Experience Requirements:
Preferably from Consulting firms or Companies involved in setting up Captive Shared Services.
Minimum of 3 projects in Finance and Accounting Shared Service Centers or BPO implementation phases.
Functional experience in Finance transformation projects, encompassing enabling technology and software applications.
Design to-be processes and roles using leading practices and technologies.
Assist in designing reporting requirements, operational reports, service level requirements, and process KPIs.
Manage Process Transition, Knowledge Transfers, and Process Reengineering.
Assist with shared services operating model design and implementation, including governance and service management.
