Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Finance Process Transformation Manager to lead the transformation of finance processes and systems. The ideal candidate will:

Key Responsibilities:

System Integration:

Utilize extensive ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, Workday) for insightful recommendations.
Lead seamless integration projects, ensuring collaboration between modules.
Project Leadership:

Oversee Finance module project delivery, managing design, solutioning, and integration.
Foster collaboration between finance and other relevant modules.
Client Engagement:

Lead client conversations, workshops, and presentations for successful project outcomes.
Build strong client relationships for satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement:

Drive ERP implementation improvement in methodology, tools, and practices.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and optimizations.
Solution Design:

Lead high-quality solution design and implementation within time and budget constraints.
Contribute expertise to finance transformation, assessing project requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Preferably from Consulting or Shared Services backgrounds.
- Minimum 3 projects in Finance and Accounting Shared Service Centers or BPO implementation.
- Functional experience in Finance transformation projects with enabling technology.
- Design to-be processes and roles using leading practices and technologies.
- Manage Process Transition, Knowledge Transfers, and Process Reengineering.
- Assist with shared services operating model design and implementation, including governance.
