Salary Ranges
PHP 73,000 ~ 102,200
Role Description
This is a 12-month contract on-site role for an Assistant Manager (Lawyer) for Audit Group located in Makati City, Philippines. The Assistant Manager (Lawyer) for Audit Group will be responsible for providing legal assistance concerning audit-related activities, including but not limited to reviewing audit reports, other departments' internal approvals and documents, identifying legal risks, and preparing Audit opinions (if necessary) for the said group.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent
At least 6 years of experience in the legal field, with experience in audit-related activities preferred
Excellent knowledge of legal principles and procedures
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
Fluency in English and Tagalog
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision
