Job Description

Qualifications:

• with Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/ Accounting Management/ Accounting Technology or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• with at least 1 year of experience in finance or accounting
• with knowledge in general accounting theories and guidelines
• with strong financial analysis capability
• Excellent understanding of computer programs, such as Microsoft Access and Office Applications
• with ability to create and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• with good time management
• with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Job description:

• Maintain the accuracy, reliability and timeliness of financial records.
• Review entries and reports of the secretaries if posted correctly in the books, browse necessary documents for unusual transactions, check if manual records and monitoring are updated and accurate.
• Compile the reviewed reports for submission to management, Accounting and Audit Department.
• Review and approve the necessary entries in the books in the disbursement cycle.
• Preparing month-end accruals, and necessary adjustments to ensure the correctness of records.
• Ensure that receipts and invoices, required supporting documents are valid, approved and not recycled.
• Accountable for filing important documents in the disbursement cycle.
• Comply with the standard operating procedures of the assigned Plant locations.
• Provide additional support to Accounting superiors in reporting and analysis aside from stated above as the need arises.
