Job Description
Financial Management: Assist in overseeing accounting operations, cash flow management, and budgeting.
Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Compliance and Audit: Ensure adherence to tax regulations, financial laws, and support audits.
Team Management: Supervise and train accounting staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Systems and Process Improvement: Evaluate and implement efficiency enhancements and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred).
CPA qualification preferred.
5 years of experience in accounting/finance
Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
