Job Description
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, government relations, or related roles, preferably in the energy or utilities sector.
3. In-depth knowledge or regulatory frameworks, policies, and procedures governing the energy industry in the Philippines.
4. Strong understanding of environment regulations, energy market dynamics, and renewable energy technologies.
5. Excellent communications skills, with the ability to effectively engage with government officials, industry stakeholders, and internal teams.
6. Proven track record of successfully managing regulatory compliance activities and government engagements.
7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and assess their impact on business operations.
8. Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate regulatory trends and proactively address emerging issues.
