Job Description
Qualifications:
- Strong bilingual proficiency in JLPT N1 or N2
- Ability to conduct business conversations with Japan Leadership and Japanese Clients
- Capability to generate deliverables in Japanese
- Consulting or Captive Shared Services background preferred
- Proficiency in SAP FICO, Oracle Fusion, or Oracle EBS
- Finance process knowledge, SAP/ERP reporting, and system integration expertise
- Understanding of SAP Fiori, Dashboard development, and ERP customization capabilities
