Position Summary
The AVP of Landlord Representation Services plays a crucial role in the success of the organization. The primary responsibility of the AVP is to oversee the leasing out of projects (industrial parks, lots, and warehouse spaces) secured and handled by the company, ensuring that each project meets the expectations and requirements of the landlord. The AVP will need to have a proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships, negotiating lease agreements, and maximizing revenue for property owners. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the real estate industry and the factors that influence property values, as well as an ability to identify and leverage emerging trends and opportunities.
