Telemarketing Specialist

Job Description:
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• To make phone calls to prospective customers who respond to advertisements.
• To contact customers regularly to follow up on initial interactions.

Qualifications:
• At least Senior High School Graduate.
• Experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Telemarketing is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn about procedures and company guidelines.
• A team player.
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and customer-service skills.
• Exceptional record-keeping and interpersonal skills.
• With computer skills.
• Willing to work six (6) days a week (Weekends are not guaranteed day-offs).
• Willing to work in Santa Maria, Bulacan.
