Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative in Santa Maria, Bulacan!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicate with customers through various channels
- Resolve customer complaints with a smile
- Know our products inside and out
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with colleagues for seamless communication
- Provide feedback on the customer service process
- Manage a team of junior customer service representatives
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver professional support
Qualifications:
- Senior High School Graduate or equivalent
- Experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Collection is a plus
- Excellent emotional intelligence dealing with irate customers
- Computer skills are a must
- Exceptional record-keeping and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work six (6) days a week (Weekends not guaranteed day-offs)
