E-Commerce Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the product listing and promo bulletin for Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Account
- Maintain a good and smooth relationship with BPC's Tiktok Account Handlers
- Manage the entire process of the whole process Tiktok Account orders
- Update all content areas
- Liaisew with the E-Commerce Operations team regarding the day-to-day management of orders
- Liaise with the Digital Marketing team to ensure posting of all Tiktok-related campaigns to the official social media accounts of BPC
- Evaluate approaches and strategies to improve sales conversions and customer engagements
- Understand and develop sources of traffic as well as the factors that influence it e.g., Social Media, Website, E-mail, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay per click (PPC)
- Manage Tiktok's sell-out programs
- Provide strategic guidelines on e-trade activities
- Prepares Daily and Monthly reports covering the performance of BPC's Tiktok Account and maintains accurate data as master file
- Other Ad-hoc tasks as defined by the Operations Supervisor and Marketing Project Manager

Job Qualifications:

- Has a strong background in the Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada Platform
- This role is open for Fresh Graduates with working knowledge in administrative works
- Has a strong Social Media Awareness
- Broad knowledge of the current trends and platforms
- Good verbal and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data
- Strong attention to detail
- Adaptability and ability to juggle multiple projects
