Marketing Supervisor

-Looks for future clients for the agency and training school (Shall meet the target quantity of guards per year).
-Prepares price quotation and adjustment letter to customer.
-Prepares and updates the Service Contract.
-Monitors and updates contract rates of all clients based on the newly implemented Wage Order by region thru wage adjustment campaign letter.
-Prepares presentation materials and other info collaterals.
-Attends the client’s concerns and requirements.
-Prepares documents required for a project under bidding.
-Prepares costings and proposals for respective clients.
-Provides assistance to other departments for marketing related concerns.
-Coordinates with the Operations Department for deployment of security personnel and its requirements for newly acquired clients.
-Maintains and updates database of existing and possible clients.
-Secure clearances and accreditation form PEZA, PHILGEPS, Ayala, BIR, and other pertinent requirements for security bidding.
-Prepares Sales and Marketing Report (Weekly Accomplishment Report, Monthly Report and Annual Report of Existing Clients, Prospective Clients, Newly Acquired Clients and Terminated Clients).
-Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
-Preferably BSBA in Marketing Management or related courses
-With at least (3) three years experience in the field of Marketing and Sales.
-With experience in preparing bidding documents and attending bidding conferences.
-Preferably can drive Manual Transmission
